Dealer Studio is provided by MSS TECH SOLUTIONS LTD, company number 17043555.

These terms are intended for business use by car dealers and their authorised users. You can contact us at msstechsolutionsltd@hotmail.com.

Dealer Studio is an AI-assisted vehicle image preprocessing service. Dealers upload vehicle photos, eligible exterior photos are transformed into a consistent showroom style, and finished image sets are made available for download.

Dealer Studio is not a vehicle inspection tool, marketplace listing service, marketplace integration, legal compliance product or image-rights clearance service.

You are responsible for the photos and information uploaded through your account.

• you must have the right to upload, process, download and publish the vehicle photos
• you must not upload images that contain sensitive personal data, documents, private information or content you do not have permission to use
• you must review generated images before publishing them on marketplaces, your website, social media or any other channel
• you remain responsible for the accuracy of vehicle listings, pricing, condition descriptions and advertising claims
• you must keep login access limited to authorised users in your dealership

Dealer Studio is designed to preserve the real vehicle while improving the image environment. AI outputs can still be imperfect.

You should check every finished image for accuracy before use. If an output appears misleading, inaccurate or unsuitable, do not publish it and contact us or rerun the workflow where appropriate.

Billing is handled manually outside the app through external payment arrangements. Dealer Studio stores billing metadata, package information and monthly transform allowance state, but it does not process card payments directly.

Access may be suspended or limited for non-payment, cancellation, misuse, suspected security issues, operational risk, platform maintenance or breach of these terms.

Finished photo sets are provided through secure temporary access links. These links are intended for authorised use and are not permanent public file links.

You should download and store final images you need before the photo set expires. Expired batches and related files may be removed by retention cleanup.

We aim to keep Dealer Studio reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider issues, network faults, capacity limits or other operational problems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealer Studio is provided for business use without guarantees that every image will be accepted, transformed, suitable for publication or available indefinitely.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless a mandatory rule says otherwise.
