AI Photo Processing Notice

Dealer Studio uses AI services to classify dealer-uploaded vehicle photos and transform eligible exterior images into a consistent showroom environment.

The intended result is the same vehicle, same visible condition and better image environment. Interior photos, close-up detail photos and non-processable photos may be retained as originals.

Only upload vehicle photos you are authorised to process and use.

• do not upload documents, private information or images you do not have permission to use
• avoid uploading people, faces, personal items or sensitive information where possible
• understand that number plates and visible vehicle condition may remain in the finished images
• make sure uploaded photos are suitable for your intended commercial use

AI outputs can be imperfect. Always review finished images before publishing or sending them to customers.

Do not publish an output if it changes the vehicle, hides relevant condition, creates a misleading impression, distorts a number plate, changes visible trim or otherwise looks unsuitable for a vehicle listing.

Uploaded images may be processed by trusted AI and technical service providers where needed to provide Dealer Studio.

Finished photo access is temporary and controlled by Dealer Studio. Do not treat delivery links as permanent storage.
