• dealer and admin account details, including names, email addresses, roles, login activity and dealer membership records

• uploaded vehicle photos, generated showroom outputs, download activity, access link records, filenames and file metadata
• vehicle details visible in photos, which may include number plates, vehicle condition, location context or reflections captured in the original image
• login codes, session records, request IDs, IP addresses, user agents, operational logs, audit events and processing records
• support communications and manual onboarding or billing context you provide to us

We use this information to provide, secure, operate and improve Dealer Studio.

• to let dealer users and admins sign in securely
• to upload, classify, transform, preview, download and retain vehicle photo sets
• to send login codes, completion emails and operational notifications
• to manage dealer packages, billing status, allowances and manual payment references
• to investigate support issues, failed processing, upload problems, technical faults and security events

• photo sets and generated media follow the app's configured batch retention and expiry rules
• login verification codes are short-lived and pruned after expiry or use
• operational logs, processing diagnostics and admin audit records are retained for operational support and then pruned under the documented retention process
• billing and business records may be kept for longer where needed for accounting, dispute handling or legal obligations

Depending on the context, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of personal data.
